Connect V2026.1.2 Release Notes

HaulMaster Connect 2026.1.2 is now available for Android and iOS. This is a reliability-focused update based on feedback and reports from the field, with fixes for controller connection, firmware updates, dashboard accuracy, and account management.

Reliability

• Fixed an issue where the app could get permanently stuck in Monitor mode with the controller showing as uninitialized after an app restart. If an unload record file on the controller is damaged, the app now recovers the readable records and repairs the file instead of hanging.
• Logout and Clear Data is more dependable: the controller now resets before it can sync old data back into the app, the cart serial number is requested again, and the previous account’s names no longer linger on the dashboard, on this device or on a second connected device.
• Fixed truckload, bin and field totals showing a multiple of the true weight when the same unload record existed in more than one file on the controller.

Controller Firmware Updates

• Fixed the app being closed partway through a firmware update on Falcon+ controllers and restarting on the dashboard.
• The update screen no longer leaves on its own. Progress and the completion message now stay on screen until you exit.
• Losing the controller connection during an update no longer interrupts the flash, and normal connection handling now pauses until the update finishes.

Dashboard

• Last Truck Load no longer gets stuck above the recorded truckload total after an unload.
• With Group Unloads By Truckload turned off, Last Unload now shows the selected compartment’s own unload instead of the whole truckload total.
• A truck reported by the controller without its parent no longer displays as a compartment.
• Active farm objects refresh correctly after Logout and Clear Data and after a controller reset, without restarting the app.

Other Fixes

• Fixed a crash when using Send Diagnostics (iOS).
• Fixed the dashboard freezing behind a loading indicator after cancelling the “save to pending operations” prompt (iOS).
• Adding a compartment before naming a new truck no longer crashes the app, and compartment names now follow the truck name as it is entered.
• Fixed the Load Active Data prompt reappearing in a loop until the app was restarted.
• The Cloud Sync page now detects internet connection changes without leaving the page.
• Saving a truck with no name now says the name is missing instead of showing a weight capacity error.
• An unchanged moisture offset is no longer rewritten to the controller on every update.

New

• ****Experimental****: a Live Sync toggle on the Cloud Sync page automatically syncs to the cloud after each unload and clear truck, with a sync status icon visible on every page.
• Signing out of the cloud now also ends your session on the server for better account security.
