Bug(s) Fixes:
1. Fixed The Auto/Manual toggle for wheels, when user goes from Calibration page to Manual page.
2. Fixed the zero reading error when a user navigates to menu options, without accepting the terms & conditions. Accepting terms & conditions is mandatory to use the app.
3. Changed wheels parameters to tweak and stabilize wheel movement on Auto.
