We arrive at your field with a dealer supplied tractor and grain cart to eliminate the transition time between swapping implements. When we arrive at the field, we show you how everything works before jumping in the cab for a few unloads to make sure everything is operating smoothly and to answer any questions before heading out and letting you operate it by yourself.
With your own tractor
We don't want the demo to slow you down
We show up early before you plan to get going for the day. We take pictures of everything we disconnect from your tractor to make sure we put it back exactly the way it was before. We then hook everything up for you and show you how it all works. We stick around for two or three unloads until you are comfortable to operate on your own.
Exit interview
Your feedback matters
We listen to our customers and take any feedback into account to make our carts better. During a demo, when you've had some time to operate the cart yourself, we do an exit interview about your overall experience.
