More Versatile.
More Consistent.
More Convenient.
Elmer’s has been at the forefront of harrow technology for the past decade since introducing the first 7-Bar Harrow to the latest solid pull arm advancements. With customer feedback at the top of mind, the Super 7 has been redesigned to provide a more versatile and user-friendly product for a more consistent field finish.

Consistent Ground Pressure
26 inches of independent vertical section motion that is electronically set and hydraulically actuated for better ground contouring through hills and valleys.

Unfold in Less Space & Time
Hydraulically controlled pivoting wheels that pivot 90 degrees to decrease the time and space needed to unfold your harrow.

Simpler & More Versatile
Optional Super 7 PRO allows you to simplify your harrowing experience with a simplified tablet interface for simple adjustments.

The Dynamic Ground Pressure system allows for independent adjustment to the tine angle and section angle without affecting your down pressure settings. Doing this provides consistent ground contact, pressure, and finish for better ground contouring and straw management through hills, valleys, and ditches.

Harrow More Acres Per Day
A 10" x 10" Toolbar, Solid Pull Arms and pivoting wheel design reduce toolbar flex and section bounce allowing you to run at higher speeds covering more acres per day.
more area done per pass
Elmer’s 7 bar design combined with 1/2” hardened tines allows for more harrow action, chopping straw, spreading residue more evenly and incorporating seed and chemicals without compromising field finish.

Worry-Free Operation
Refreshed SecureLock System eliminates the possibility of unlatching or turning wheels in the field. The spring-applied latches & cylinder-mounted interlocks prevent the possibility of unlatching during operation or with hydraulic pressure loss.
Pivoting Wheel Design
Hydraulically Controlled pivoting wheels allow the transport and field wheels to be replaced by larger tires that pivot increasing flotation and reducing the amount of space and time needed to unfold. This improved design includes moving the wheels 5’ - 10’ closer to the hitch, contributing to reduced toolbar flex and section bounce when operating at high speeds.

More Versatile with Simpler Controls
The PRO option for the Super 7 Harrow adds a level of automation and control to the harrow that has not been seen before. The PRO hydraulic manifold and controller provide several new features, which can be accessed through the intuitive touchscreen display and allows you to make adjustments or transition between transport and field modes without any input to the hydraulics. The controller also compensates for any setting drift on the pitch, tine angle and down pressure to ensure the field finish remains consistent during operation.

Maneuver around any obstacle

Recommended starting speed to run a Super 7 Harrow is 12 mph (20kph). If outer harrow sections are bouncing or lurching forward, slow down.
Harrow tine adjust cylinders require re-phasing. (Apply hydraulics to Tine Angle Adjust cylinders in both directions and hold for 2 minutes.)
a. Harrow down pressure is too high. Down pressure is overcoming the weight of the harrow and frame.
b. Excessive speed for the conditions.
Elmer's Manufacturing recommends 5-7 HP per foot of harrow for the best results.
a. Depending on the purpose of the harrowing, we recommend having the harrow set that the front tines are slightly more aggressive than the rear tines and that all tines should be actively engaging the soil.
b. Continue to monitor field finish and/or straw buildup and adjust speed and hydraulic settings on the go to get your ideal result.
